left and right

sometimes, i dunno whether to follow my heart or my mind
when i get to a fork in life's journey,
my heart tells me to turn left
and yet my mind says to turn right.
but which one should i listen to?
both make sense if i take that path and yet both have flaws if i do take it.
what am i suppose to do?
go down one, half way change my mind and go down the other?
but that isn't possible right?
no one can ever re-trace their steps because if we dont make mistakes, how do we ever learn from them?

UGH. life's a tough bitch who's asking for a kicking.
i wish i had like someone to tell me what to do!
why cant god tell me what to do in a easier way and let me not suffer
cant i just know and do the right thing?
