I once told myself that as so long as something wasn't a big deal to me, I would be happier and I wouldn't get that affected. I think it's honestly helped a lot. Don't let things get you down unless they really mean something. Im quite happy to say that personal problems have only made me cry like twice this year so far? Not bad considering the number of times I did last year.
But things are starting to affect again, gotta remember the mantra and chant it in my head "if it's not important, it doesn't matter."
