Why?

I wish there was something I could do to make it easier for you. You don't deserve to be in the position you're in and I feel so pathetic and useless being unable to do anything. 

Why are we constantly faced with circumstances that hurt us and cause so much problems? I know so so so many people who don't deserve what they're going through. They just don't, not one ounce of who they are deserves to be in such situations. And I know thousands of people who deserve this kind of pain. Why, just why do things like this happen?
