its hard to let go of im guessing.
you get used to the numbness and ache inside yourself
that you don't want to allow it to disappear.
because maybe then it didn't seem real?
but it was,
but you MUST remember something:
it was the past.
we may not know what to do next or how to solve a situation,
but i think the only solution for that is to pray.
or just talk to someone, letting it out is always a better solution then keeping it inside.
you might just feel like breaking down,
so do it.
im certain most of us wont judge,
crying comes naturally, don't refuse it.
i promise you that you'll feel better after it.
just let it out, someone will always be there to listen.
or just sit beside you.
never forget - some one will always be there.
