Don't scold me for THEIR failures. It's not my fault they failed, I didn't put them there. I didn't cause them to fail, I even picked up on their workload. I'll admit, I'm not good - BUT DO NOT PIN POINT ME AS THE REASON FOR THEIR FAILURES.
