Youth Day.

I think I didn't treasure my time in SMSS very much until I left it. Well, to be very honest, what I loved most about it was the friends I was able to make and keep there. But it's an understatement to say that my life there was like a Korean Drama with the amount of stuff that went down while I was there hahaha. In spite of all of that, I was so so so happy and excited to be able to wear my polka dotted uniform to SA today to commemorate Youth Day. Our entire class wore our secondary school uniforms and it was a lovely chance to know that despite our different backgrounds, we could come together and form friendships and create memories with one another. Especially with my 7 special friends :)

Mel, Di, Kylie and LingYi were talking about this the night before while we were still in school studying and it's nice to know that we're so comfortable with each individual. Because I think that's just so rare in such a big group. And I really think that friendships can last as so long as people put in the effort :) The friendships will last. hehe.

Had a really really good HTH with Dianne today and I realised how much I missed this little ball of energy. She really does give out so much happiness and love for us to feed on, it's quite amazing tbh. I learnt so much and it was nice to be able to tell her stuff that would let her help me keep sane and what not haha. I'm glad I'm able to trust more non-SMSS people and overcome that previous fear I had.

Today was such a generally happy and good day. I need to give so much more props to God, man. Why does he do such good things for me when I don't even deserve it? I am just so so so thankful. Sigh, can never express myself well enough to a point that pleases me but you get the idea haha.
